Items we do not take as routine junk

Use the responsible local program for hazardous or regulated material.

When an item needs another route

Tennessee’s household hazardous-waste guidance says to keep products in original containers when possible, keep labels intact, never mix materials, and avoid transporting damaged or leaking containers. Check the current state or local program before moving the item.
